At Epic Frame, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality video editing services. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and transparent, providing our clients with peace of mind when using our services.
14-Day Refund Period #
- Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you can request a refund by canceling your subscription within 14 days of the initial sign-up date. This 14-day Customer Satisfaction period applies only to fully paid monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions.
- Exclusions: After this 14-day window, refunds will not be issued. Additionally, promotions, upgrades, add-ons, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.
- Conditions: Refund requests may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
Service Utilization #
- Clients are responsible for utilizing Epic Frame’s services after payment. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time.
Ownership of Work #
- If you receive a refund within the 14-day period, Epic Frame retains the rights to any work created during that time, and it may not be used for any purposes.
Satisfaction Guarantee #
To qualify for a satisfaction guarantee and receive a refund, you must:
- Provide clear direction during the editing process.
- Offer feedback to your editor throughout the editing process.
Subscription Cancellation #
- Flexibility: Epic Frame services are recurring subscriptions with no long-term contracts required. This allows you to cancel your subscription or adjust your plans at any time.
- Cancellation Process: To prevent auto-renewal, cancel your account before the next renewal period. Your account will remain active for the rest of your billing period, allowing you to continue submitting requests until then.
- Auto-Renewal: If you do not submit a cancellation request, your subscription(s) will auto-renew.
