Duration of Slack Access #
- Standard Account: With a standard Slack account, the invitation is valid for 90 days. After this period, access will be discontinued unless you upgrade to a premium account.
- Premium Account: If you have a premium Slack account, you can maintain access beyond the 90-day period, ensuring ongoing communication with your editor.
Alternative Option #
- Client-Owned Channels: You can invite your Epic Frame video editor to your own Slack workspace. Our editors can join your channel without time limitations due to our premium Slack account.

- Receive Invitation: After purchasing a Pro subscription plan, you’ll receive an email invitation to join our Slack workspace.
