Getting started with Epic Frame is straightforward and designed to make your video editing experience smooth and efficient. Here’s how it works:
Subscription and Access #
- Subscribe: Once you subscribe to our service, you gain access to our task management system.
- Submit Requests: Use our pre-defined order form to submit your video requests. This form ensures you provide all the necessary information for the editor to begin working without delay.
Editing Process #
- Notification: When your video request is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. This allows you to review the first version and provide feedback.
- Re-Edits: You can request as many re-edits as needed to ensure the final product meets your expectations. However, we work on one video at a time to maintain quality and focus.
- Queue Management: We start editing new requests in the queue as soon as one video is delivered for review. Re-edits are prioritized once feedback is received.
Finalizing Your video #
- Confirmation: When you are satisfied with the edits, mark the video as “confirmed.”
- Download: You can download the final version of your video anytime after confirmation.
This process ensures that your projects are handled efficiently while allowing for flexibility and collaboration to achieve the best possible results.
